PAYMENT: Sundara gladly accepts all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover) and PayPal. We will process your purchase through PayPal services to ensure the highest level of security. Although PayPal will process your payment, shipping services are provided by Sundara. Therefore, when confirming your payment you can ignore the SHIP TO ADDRESS in PayPal if you have submitted an alternate shipping address to Sundara (PayPal cannot differentiate between your billing and shipping address). If we do not have the items available for any reason, we will email you as soon as possible and refund the charges. Products that are out-of-stock, back ordered, or special order items will take longer to process. After processing, orders will be shipped. Once an order is placed, it can not be canceled unless the item is out of stock. SHIPPING: Sundara proudly offers FREE domestic shipping! We try to ensure that your order is processed and shipped as quickly as possible. If your items are in stock they will be processed within 48hrs. However, if your items are not in stock we will notify you as soon as possible. International shipping does require additional fees listed below with instructions. All shipments will go out Mon-Fri. Our PayPal payment service does not differentiate between your billing and shipping address. However, rest assured Sundara will ship to the address you have provided us prior to making your payment with PayPal.

For international shipping: Once you are directed to the PayPal payment page add your zip-code at the top of the page in order to calculate the shipping properly. These are the specific steps you will need to follow: First, just below your order total, click on the underlined “calculate total order amount”, then click on “Shipping Outside U.S.?”, finally select your ship-to country. You will see Shipping and Handling to “your country” added to your total order amount. Please email us for information at the contact us page if the order goes through without the shipping fees. Sundara will not send an international order without paid shipping.
RETURNS/EXCHANGES: We hope you love your purchase…but if it isn’t what you had expected we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all our products. Please carefully inspect your merchandise upon delivery. If you receive damaged, defective or incorrect merchandise, you may contact us at (928) 779-3292 or email us at customercare@sundara.biz and we will be glad to arrange a return or exchange for you. We accept returns for exchange or credit refund within 14 days of the shipped date as long as the product is not visibly worn or damaged when accompanied by original receipt and tags. You must email us prior to sending in a return and we will give you return instructions. Shipping is non-refundable.
We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the merchandise has been used with the exception of merchandise with manufacturer’s defects. If for any reason merchandise is returned past the 14 day period or in used condition, we can reship the items back to you at your expense.
Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Sale Items” are FINAL SALE and therefore cannot be returned for exchanges or refunds.
